Ancestor Channeling

Our ancestors are with us wether we know their names or not. Often during times of transition, hardship, illness, processing pain/trauma, celebration or curiosity they will show up. I can support you in connecting directly with specific ancestors, loved ones, and spirit guides in a loving and compassionate way. I see myself as the interpreter there to directly communicate what may be coming through from the spirit side.

Limpias and Platicas

These teachings were passed on to me by my teachers and mentors who are curanderas and practitioners of Maya and Mixteca medicine ways. I will hold space for anything that needs to come our emotionally or spiritually and will often call upon the support of plants, herbs, water, fire, ancestors, and mother earth to transmute what you no longer need to hold.

Astrocartography Readings

Astrology based map readings that help you understand how different places around the world support your energy on a planetary level. We can explore what places might be supportive for relationship, spiritual, personal, career, or community growth. (Need to know exact birth date, time, and location)

Holisitic Health Coaching

You are your own healer. And sometimes we need support in understanding how to move through feeling stuck or like we’re going through the same patterns. These sessions are great for working through a health concern, stress, anxiety, or upheavals that come from any type of life transition. The agenda of every session is led by you and can include in the moment grounding, guided activities, motivational interviewing, open ended questions, identifying feelings/needs, and deep listening to what is most true for you.

Tarot & Oracle Readings

The archetypes and stories in these cards can help us find language for things that feel hard to describe. I can support you with a readings in finding ways to process decisions or bring to light any patterns that might be blocking you from a soul or heart connection. We can focus on a specific situation. Readings tend to work best when there is a specific question or we can also do a week, month, or year ahead reading. We will pull a card for each month and look at what energies will guide your year ahead. Bring questions or areas of focus (i.e. creative endeavors, work, family, health, relationships, purpose, etc.).

Fire Cupping

Fire cupping is an ancient practice across many cultures that is meant to balance the body and ease pain. I work on your back with glass cups heated with a flame to create suction. The process is not painful and is often described as relaxing. The techniques used enhance circulation, relive pain, and extract toxins from the body.

Human Design Readings

Human design is a self-discovery framework that blends astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and quantum physics to show us the intricacies of our energetic makeup from the moment we are born and guide us towards our authentic expression. We can explore topics that include: how does my energy flow best, how can I make decisions aligned with my spirit and purpose, what is my life’s purpose, how can I create environments that bring me the most energy and motivation, how can my digestion be most aligned with my body, and really so so much more. (Need to know exact birth date, time, and location)

This lowest cost represents an honest acknowledgment by the practitioner that there are folks whose economic circumstances would prevent them from being a part of classes if there was not a deliberate opportunity made for them to access services at a cost that is reflective of their economic realities. If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, you belong probably belong here and you deserve a community that honors your price as equal an economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier. Reach out - Even when the lower tier is still prohibitive, I will work with you to offer extended payment plans and other solutions.

All offerings are the same price and are based on an hourly rate. I can be booked at half hour increments as well. Payment is due before the session. These pricing options are based on the green bottle method with hopes to make my offerings accessible to all. If these prices are not accessible stay in touch via my newsletter for the occasional donation based offerings and free community events that I participate in.

The middle cost reflects the practitioners acknowledgment that paying the full cost would prevent some folks from being able to receive support, but who do not honestly find themselves reflected in either description for the highest cost or the lowest. If you are struggling to conquer debt or build savings or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc., you belong here. If you, however, can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or friends, please consider using those personal resources before you use the resources of the sliding scale and limit opportunities for others.

The highest dollar cost reflects the true cost of the service. It is the cost that the practitioner would charge all students in the absence of a sliding scale. If you have access to financial security, own property, or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life, you have economic privilege and power in our community. This price is for you.
